What does White Label mean?

White Label means all work is done under the name of your company as a member of your team. Spider Laundry bills you directly at the agreed upon rate. What you bill your client is strictly up to you.

Are these one time purchases?

Retainer hours are weekly retainers that auto-renew unless you specify otherwise.

Block hours are one time purchases.

What is the difference between Retainer and Block Hours?

Retainer hours are guaranteed hours on the calendar for a specific week.

Block hours are designed to be used over a 30 day period as time allows.

What if I don't use all my hours?

Retainer hours expire at the end of the week for which they were purchased.

Block hours expire after 30 days.

When does the week start?

For the purpose of retainer hours, all weeks start the day you purchase your hours unless previous arrangements have been made. For instance if you purchase your hours on Wednesday, you would have until close of business the following Tuesday to use all of your hours.
